588 An Audit on CT Staging of Patients Prior To Robotically Assisted Radical Cystectomy

Abstract Introduction Muscle invasive bladder cancer(MIBC) is a complex disease requiring aggressive management. CT of the Thorax, Abdomen and pelvis optimal form staging including urography for complete examination, according to European Association Urology. Cure unlikely in presence metastases. The aim was assess if patients were appropriately staged prior Robotically Assisted Radical Cystectomy (RARC) Method Retrospective review medical records all RARC between Jan 2020 – June at our district general hospital. Demographics, date cystectomies imaging collected. Results Seventeen recruited. Median age 73years male female ratio 7:3. All (100%) them had abdomen done RARC. Of studied 24% did not have Urography done. 53% within 30 days Cystectomy, 35% 90 12% 200 days. Conclusions Findings showed good adherence guidelines To prevent understaging MIBC RARC, clarifications timeframe required.
